1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This addendum establishes the specific legal, financial, and technical terms for the DataCleanse Master application (hereinafter referred to as "Software") developed by MYMACH Makina Sanayi Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "MYMACH") and accessed via the website cleaner.mymachconnect.com or the desktop shell (Tauri/Electron). 2. 100% LOCAL MEMORY (RAM) AND ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT
No-Server-Side Processing: The software is architected to operate entirely on the local web browser or the temporary memory layer (RAM) of the user's desktop shell.
Data Storage Exception: No raw data matrix (Excel, CSV, txt, or bank statements) uploaded, edited, or formatted by the user is transferred to, stored on, backed up, or shared with third-party data pools on MYMACH servers.
Disclaimer and Legal Exemption: Due to this technical infrastructure, MYMACH cannot be held legally responsible for the content of raw data, the purposes of processing, or any data leaks that may occur on the User's local computer or operating system instabilities, under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. All legal responsibility lies with the User as the data controller.
3. TARGET INTEGRATION SYSTEMS AND VERSION COMPATIBILITY LIMITS
Schema Validation Filters: The software performs data formatting and validation checks according to the current import schemas and data hierarchy structures of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), accounting automation, or digital marketplace systems selected by the user and belonging to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Target Systems").
System Update Conditions: The radical version changes and technical modifications that the third-party Target Systems or marketplace providers may make in their own infrastructures, database architectures, or official template structures (relational ID formats, field requirements, schema milestones) are subject exclusively to the operational calendar of MYMACH Lab for the Software's adaptation period to new versions. MYMACH has no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential material/spiritual damages arising from data inconsistencies or integration delays that may result from instantaneous infrastructure changes in the Target Systems.
4. USER-DEFINED CUSTOM FIELDS AND FLEXIBLE DATA STRUCTURES
Protection of Special Data Structures: Custom fields created later by users on target systems through external development modules, design studios, or custom configuration tools, which carry specific technical prefix patterns unique to the systems, are preserved by the software's validation engine, cleaned under exemption to maintain data integrity.
Data Type Mismatch Liability: The User is fully responsible for any discrepancies between the data types (Text, Numeric, Relational Object, etc.) of these special fields that are manually or externally injected into the Target Systems in accordance with their own corporate processes, as well as for any schema rejection errors that may occur during the final data transfer to the Target Systems.
5. EXCEPTION FOR DIGITAL PERFORMANCE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FINANCIAL CONDITIONS)
Prepaid Fixed Rate: This software service and integration access rights are charged based on the usage periods determined at the time of order and within the prepaid corporate license packages through the platform infrastructure.
Immediate Performance Rule: According to Article 15, paragraph 1, subparagraph (ğ) of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Contracts related to services performed immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised from the moment the digital license key or Enterprise access rights related to the Software are delivered to the User electronically and/or the system features are made available, the performance is considered completed, and a refund cannot be requested.
