1. PARTIES
This General Service Terms and Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"); is made between MYMACH Makina Sanayi Teknoloji ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "MYMACH" or "Platform Provider"), located at the address of İzmir / Turkey, and the individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Customer") who uses, purchases, or tests the digital tools, web-based micro-SaaS applications, or desktop software offered for sale through the sub-domains associated with the domain name mymachconnect.com. This Agreement shall come into effect immediately upon the User providing digital consent to the platform or products associated with the platform.
2. GENERAL FRAMEWORK AND ECOSYSTEM DEFINITION
Mymach-Connect is a digital technology ecosystem that combines industrial engineering processes with cloud-based operational layers (SaaS / ERP). Each independent micro software, module, and digital tool offered under this ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as "Mymach Lab Products" or "Software") may have its own specific business logic, pricing model, and data processing policies. This agreement serves as the main constitution that establishes the principles of common use for all products on the platform.
3. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SALES AND SERVICE CONDITIONS MATRIX (LEGAL INDEX)
The user agrees that each specific product purchased or used through the platform is subject to the "Product-Specific Additional Sales Conditions," which complement this general agreement. The special legal conditions, return policies, data processing exceptions, and warranty limits for the relevant products are listed in the links below, and this matrix will be dynamically updated as new products are added to the ecosystem:

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All interface designs, code architectures, trademark registrations, logo designs, and engineering algorithms offered to the User within the Mymach-Connect ecosystem are exclusively owned by MYMACH Makina Sanayi Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.Ş. under intellectual and industrial property law. In cases of unauthorized copying of the software, reverse engineering of the source code, or attempts to imitate the server architecture, MYMACH reserves all legal rights under international cyber law and the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC).
